Qigong (chee-gung) is a simple practice of moving energy intentionally through your body and beyond, and requires no previous experience. In peace qigong, you will sense
your heartbeat connected to the heartbeat of mother earth, resonating with the
heartbeat of all living beings. As you are guided through this form, you will
experience harmonization of energies within and around you. This gentle method
will help you feel centered and clear, and support our Arise experience by enhancing and uniting our shared intentions, vision, and compassion.
