ALL TERRAIN YOGA

All Terrain Yoga is a practice without prerequisites. Movement and breath, exertion and relaxation, expansion and integration are skills that move beyond the mat and into all areas of life– no matter how much yoga we’ve practiced or what’s going on around us. These classes will harness the power and energy of live music to activate our bodies and connect us to our authentic selves.

More specifically, this is an all-levels, Integrated Vinyasa (TM) class. Accessible to beginners, interesting for experienced practitioners, balancing and fun for all of us.

Biography:

Jenna loves to teach and practice yoga in non-traditional spaces. She thinks perfection and plans are often overrated (or unrealistic) and she recognizes the importance of laughter and joy in all areas of life. This is the main inspiration for her practice and prompted her to create All Terrain Yoga in 2016. She teaches in breweries, on Jam Cruise, at the Farmer’s Market, and in offices all around Boulder.

Jenna has studied most extensively with Gina Caputo at the Colorado School of Yoga, and her style is rooted in Integrated Vinyasa(TM). Classes focus on the balancing of complementary forces in the body and mind. With attention to alignment, breath and a sense of humor, we develop tools to get the most out of great times, and to support us through challenging times.
