Sher Eng

Sher’s passion for the various modes of cultivating Qi (chi), life force energy, began as a young child when her mother, of Chinese descent, taught Sher Tui Na massage as practiced by Shaolin monks. Sher, influenced by her Traditional Chinese Medicine background, continued her journey of cultivating Qi through the Arts of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Paranayama and meditation. A Reiki Master for thirteen years, Sher channels healing Universal Life Force Energy with her patients. Sher is happy and grateful to share her class: Qi Gong for Organ Strengthening and Cleansing, a natural and conscious way of honoring our body temples.

Workshop Name Qigong for Organ Strengthening and Cleansing

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of postures, exercises, breathing techniques, and meditations to improve one’s qi (pronounced “chi”; Life Force Energy. It is an excellent way to take charge of your health. The Qi Gong for Organ Strengthening and Cleansing class has a focus on flushing out toxins and strengthening every organ and cell in the body by opening blockages in the energy field of specific organs. I will guide the participants step-by-step through a therapeutic blend of focused movement, deep breathing and creative visualization techniques to: Circulate Qi (Life Force Energy) to rejuvenate the entire body; Revitalize key organs (lung, heart, liver, stomach, intestines, kidneys and gall bladder) responsible for moving toxins; Soothe one’s nervous system so it releases feel-good chemicals instead of stress hormones; Restore mental clarity by harmonizing the right and left brain; and Eliminate anxiety and center yourself through energy balancing movements.
