~Megan will present a beginners guide to plant based lifestyle: called what’s a V.O.W.? During this time we will discuss what it means to be vegan, present resources to scientific research, and give some basic guidance into how someone can begin to live a Vegan Organic Wholefood (V.O.W.) lifestyle.
