Caitlin Rose began teaching in 2011 and is a self-proclaimed yoga mutt who crafts unique yoga sequences. She teaches alignment rich Vinyasa Flow woven with aspects of Iyengar, Forrest and Yin Yoga. Whether she is teaching an energetic flow or a gentle class, you can expect her sequencing to be both creative and grounded in smart anatomical progressions. Her most recent studies have focused on Yin Yoga and weaving wisdom from Chinese Meridian Theory into her classes. She is the creator of Yoga Sesh Podcast which delivers short (30-40 minutes) and long (60-75 minutes) yoga classes for experienced yogis available to download for free on iTunes and SoundCloud.
